University lecturer remembers the class of 1981

A former St Nicholas School pupil has written to the Weekly News with some possible names for a picture of the class of 1981 featured on September 22, 2006.
Dr Kate Heal, nee Morris, who now works at the University of Edinburgh said: “I realise it is a long time since the challenge was originally posed, my mother has only just passed on the newspaper cutting of 22 September 2006 but I can identify some pupils of Class M4A.”

Dr Heal added: “I was at St Nicholas from 1975 to 1981 so was classmates with many of those in the photos.
“However I had left at the end of the previous year third year middle school.
“I have not gone as far from Kenilworth as New Zealand but am now a lecturer at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland.”
