IT recruitment specialist The Leamington Group (TLG UK) has tripled the size of its workforce and moved to larger offices in Morrell Street, Leamington.
Founded two years ago, TLG’s lengthening client list is made up of IT, engineering and construction companies, universities as well as software and new media houses. All clients rely on technology and innovation.

Company co-founder Ed Jessamine said: “These are exciting times for the region.

“We recognise that for many regional businesses to be successful, they need to recruit and retain the best technological expertise.

“We set up in Leamington to help clients tap into the best homegrown recruits as well as specifically advising and assisting them in attracting new talent to the area.”

Partner Peppy Dosanjh said: “TLG is not a High Street recruitment company but a search specialist offering a tailor-made personal service to our clients.

“We believe in building long-term relationships with clients who chose to work with us, getting to know their businesses in detail and making sure we contribute added value to their operations.”

TLG’s services include permanent and contract recruitment, executive searches to board level, managed teams, competency-based interviews and technical and psychometric testing of candidates.
