Fresh from farm gate to Ferncumbe school gate
Youngsters from Ferncumbe Primary School in Hatton grew herbs and flowers for a farmers’ market with a special Mother’s Day theme last week. The children were joined by pupils of nearby Northleigh School along with several local producers and members of the WI and raised more than £500 - much of it to be donated to Guide Dogs for the Blind.
