Heroes Run will keep Air Ambulance airborne

FUNDRAISERS can don the costumes of their favourite super heroes to support Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance this weekend.

Places are still available for the 5k Heroes Run at Warwick Castle, which takes place tomorrow (Sunday) from 8.45am for registration with a 9.45am start.

Supporters of all ages can turn up and take part on the day.

Warwick Tweetup will again enter a team.

They have said: “The Heroes run is a fantastic family day and with so much going on spectators and runners alike will enjoy a super Sunday afternoon and exclusive access to Warwick Castle.

“Money raised from this event goes to helping keep this life-saving service in the air.

“WNAA is an amazing charity which receives no government funding.”

No dogs are allowed at the Warwick event.

Entry is £10 for adults, £6 for children or £50 for teams of six.
