WELLESBOURNE restoration site Chedham’s Yard is giving people the chance to get their photograph taken Victorian style at the former blacksmiths and wheelrights on Saturday (August 4).
Victorian outfits are awaiting those wishing to step back in time - and then they can have their photograph taken with a camera in the style of one used in the late 1800s. The resulting photograph will be their souvenir to take home.
Blacksmiths will also be sending sparks flying as they work hard at the site - and they may be in need of an apprentice during the day.
Meanwhile, those who are feeling under the weather can chat to a Victorian doctor about aches and paints, find out what he prescribes and see the gruesome tools of his trade.
There will also be trails to follow and demonstrations throughout the day.
Tickets must be booked in advance. Call 01789 842 770 or go online.
