Having been let down by two major online retailers I was initially cautious in trying yet again to purchase a pair of genuine Tag Heuer frames at over £100 below the High Street price. The website information builds trust but the best part of the service is being able to speak to a professional and courteous Optometrist in the UK. He made every effort to track down the model I wanted and delivered it to me within a week. Can’t praise them more highly.

I purchased a pair of Mykita eyeglasses from these guys, and am very satisfied. The retail price here in Australia was over 500 pounds and 123eyas were less than half that including delivery to Sydney!
The internet order process was easy, and the glasses were delivered promptly no thanks to Royal Mail.
I would recomend this company if you want top range glasses at a reasonable price. R.M. Sydney

I am very pleased with the service supplied by 123Eyes. I ordered some Porsche sunglasses but there was a mistake with a delivery charge when the payment went through. When i pointed this out to 123 they were very quick to respond and refund the money to me.
They were good at communicating, letting me know estimated delivery time and tracking number etc. i would definitely buy from them again

Just bought a pair of Tom Ford glasses with prescription lenses and couldn’t be happier with the service I have received from 123eyes. Right from the first moment I phoned and spoke to them I felt assured I was dealing with the correct people. They checked they could get the frames I wanted first and gave me a realistic lead time unlike other sites who say they them in stock when they don’t and then leave you waiting for weeks on end for the frames to arrive!
I placed the order immediately after they told me they could get the frames from their supplier quickly. Now to the other important bit, the price! 123eyes researched the web and gave me a really competitive price which was one of the cheapest around (including prescription lenses) and they guaranteed the frames would be genuine Tom Fords too!
Glasses arrived within 2 weeks recorded signed for delivery and are exactly as promised!
I will most certainly be using these guys again and recommending them to all my friends and family too.
