EXERCISE CLASS: Sandra Smethurst is opening a new exercise class at Knightcote village hall on Wednesday, August 1 at 10am until 11am, 1.30pm until 2.30pm, and at 6.30pm until 7.30pm.
People who attend the classes will use lateral thigh trainers, which are similar to skiing machines and tone inner and outer thighs and tummies. These are the first machines to be used in this way in Warwickshire. The cost of each class is £3 and it

Betty Blocker has been running the family farm by herself for 20 years. Now she is taking early retirement and everyone living in the hamlet of Belladonna has been invited. Guests include: Poppy White, Heli Bore, Ignatius Beans, Bryony Black and Robin Wake, with a surprise appearance by Inspector Cy Anide!
