Children from Kineton Primary School were greeted by royalty when they visited the Heritage Motor Centre on Wednesday.
The Princess Royal was at the site in Gaydon to open two new exhibitions called Road Ahead and Life’s Highway, which were funded buy a £1.7 million Heritage Lottery Grant.

Her Royal Highness also visited the interactive Under The Skin exhibition and met pupils from the school in King John’s Road as they were looking inside a 1920s bus.

Motor Centre spokesman Rachel Andrews said: “It was a really good day. The Princess Royal opened the new exhibitions and thanked staff for the hard work they had put into creating them.”
