I THANK the 64 people who wrote, texted and emailed me for my small survey about Warwick District Council's handling of the change-over to the new waste and recycling scheme.
Sixty-two people (96.8 per cent) thought that the council had handled the change-over badly, and two people thought it had gone well. I am writing to the chief executive of the council with my results and some other questions.
