I feel I have to compliment the council on the new refuse/recycling collections.
I personally have not had any problems. The first week our recycling was not collected on the correct day but they did come back the following day.

I have also requested a red bag for my cardboard and bottles and have not yet received it. As black bin liners can not be used I buy white swing bin liners around 60p for 40 which I fill with cardboard and plastic bottles and the recycling people take them.

Also I would like to make a suggestion on keeping the green bins a bit cleaner, I line the bottom of the bin with newspaper to help soak up any moisture. I hope these suggestions help other residents, i am sure the council will get round to delivering the boxes/bags a lot of us seem to be waiting for. - Michelle Quigg, St Michael's Road, Warwick.
