I FIND it amazing that the government, of which our MP James Plaskitt is a member, does not want to release the details of their expenses on their second homes.
Just last week Mr Plaskitt said he knew nothing of a 'John Lewis list' but with the government trying to run and hide I wonder how much he and his colleagues do know?

The reason they are spending large sums of our money to block the release of information is because they do not want their second home addresses released to the public.

And yet at a local level all councillors addresses are available for all to see on documents, websites and on application. Furthermore, most constituents have their residential details printed in the phone book and the register of electors.

But then he consistently votes against Parliament being transparent. - Coun Alastair Bates, Lynnon Field, Leamington.
