Cinema blockbusters attract many people, especially the young.
There is another potential audience that cinemas in many towns are not catering for. These are people who enjoy something a bit different.
They don't particularly want loud music and dazzling special effects. They are not frightened off by sub-titles. They demand something a bit more interesting in their cinematic experience.
How lucky we are then, in Leamington, to have the Royal Cinema, which caters for people like this. Now we need these discerning people to be aware of what a gem we have in our midst, and support the Royal.
With bumper audiences, the Royal may even be able to afford to improve its seating. - Carolyn Renison, Rugby Road, Milverton.
