A GRIPPING play about power, lust and the battle of the sexes and classes will be performed at the Criterion Theatre in Earlsdon, Coventry, this month.

The evening of theatre from The Eclectic Theatre in Dresden, organised by the Criterion in association with CAIF (Coventry Association For International Friendship), will come to the stage on Saturday April 14 at 7.30pm.

The evening will begin with a speeches and then the play Miss Julie will follow.

Eclectic Theatre was founded in Dresden in January 2005 with the aim of promoting English language culture and intercultural communication through the performing arts, with particular emphasis on public performances of plays.
