Rachel Goldsmith and Jamie Duffy from Countrywide Residential Lettings, Leamington Spa, joined more than 450 of the UK’s top property professionals to celebrate their success at an exclusive awards events held on the March 16.
The annual Countrywide Chairman’s League Awards recognise individual and team performances throughout Countrywide’s network of more than 1,300 branches which span the whole of the UK.
Award-winning negotiators, property managers, mortgage and insurance consultants, branch managers and land and new homes leaders attended the exclusive ceremonies held at Whittlebury Hall, Towcester.
Countrywide Residential Lettings, Leamington and Warwick’s leading letting agent, competed with thousands of staff across the country to win various titles for performance during 2011.
The admired awards are determined during a year-long competition to highlight property excellence for the most successful estate agency individuals and branches.
Rachel Goldsmith, branch manager, collected the regional award for Best Regional Online Presence.
She said: “The awards are a fantastic opportunity for the branch to compete with the very best in property services and management. Winning the Best Regional Online Presence award and also being nominated for Best Negotiator (Jamie Duffy) and Best Profit, highlights our hard work and commitment to helping a growing number of tenants, landlords and investors.”
Guests enjoyed a prestigious awards evening, with a formal meal followed by the anticipated ceremony and a drinks reception. Winners were presented with exclusively designed trophies.
