Let Lucas Rental Specialists have been shortlisted as a top 10 letting agent in the Estate & Letting Agent Awards

The awards, better known as the ESTAS, determine the best letting agents in the country through research carried out amongst customers who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received from their agent. A record 33,000 questionnaires were completed by customers during the competition.

Winners will be announced by Phil Spencer, the TV property expert at the ninth annual ESTAS ceremony at the Hilton Park Lane on April 20.

Phil said: “I think it says a great deal about a company who’s prepared to stand up and announce to customers and competitors that they believe in providing the best possible service and they’re happy to prove it.”

Maria Lucas, managing director of Let Lucas Rental Specialists said: “To be shortlisted is a great accolade as it’s our customers who have put us there. We take customer service very seriously because we know clients have a choice. We have always been very proud of the personal service we provide. This is great way to show how strong professionally we really are.”

With more than 50 Acts of Parliament and 70 sets of regulations which landlords should be aware of, letting is a complex, specialist field.
