Mortgage consultant Kelvin Hill has joined Reeds Rains estate agents.

A qualified mortgage consultant for nearly 15 years, Kelvin has vast experience in aiding first time buyers get on the property ladder as well as helping investors obtain buy-to-let mortgages.

He has worked in the Leamington, Warwick and Kenilworth marketplace previously and is extremely keen to provide advice to both new buyers as well as the people he has helped before to buy properties in the area.

The level of service offered by Kelvin is to search the whole market for the most appropriate mortgage lender and product whilst providing an outline of the costs involved as well as communicating, with other parties involved such as estate agents and solicitors, on behalf of customers.

Kelvin explained his reasons for joining Reeds Rains: “ I wished to return to working in this area where I live and where my children go to school and feel extremely fortunate to be able to join a team as experienced and professional as Reeds Rains.

“I’m delighted that I can continue to offer mortgages from the whole market and look forward to helping many more families obtain their new home.
