Award-winning estate agency Connells is delighted to announce the appointment of Matthew Measures as its new area lettings partner for Warwickshire and Oxfordshire.

Matthew’s new role will involve overseeing a number of lettings branches in Leamington Spa, Rugby, Balsall Common, Coventry, Stratford upon Avon, Banbury, Oxford and Carterton as Connells Lettings carries out major expansion in 2012.

Matthew, who will continue to be based in Connells’ Leamington Spa branch, has over 20 years estate agency experience. His appointment comes at a time of significant growth for Connells Lettings which will be adding 44 new lettings centres to its national network in 2012.

“I am thrilled to be promoted to Connells area lettings partner at such an exciting time in its development,” said Matthew. “We will be launching lots of new lettings branches this year, opening up Connells’ expertise in lettings to a wider market at a time when there is high demand for good quality rental accommodation and advice.
