PARISH COUNCIL: There will be no meeting of the parish council in August.
The next meeting will be held on Monday, September 3 at 7:30pm at the village hall. The meeting will be held in open session and all villagers are welcome to attend.

SUMMER HOLIDAY TENNIS: Don't forget that tennis sessions at Napton Tennis Club will take place for youngsters every Wednesday in August. There will be three sessions each day, session A for five to six-year-olds will be from 9am to 10am, session B for seven to ten-year-olds will be from 10am to 1pm, and session C for 11 to 16-year-olds will be from 2pm to 5pm.

Sessions will be taken by Angie Dean, a fully qualified LTA coach with a first aid certificate and will include matches, fun games and drills.

MUSIC FESTIVAL: A reminder that Napton Music Festival will take place on Saturday, September 15 at Holt Farm, Napton and features The Hollies, The Sweet and many other acts. All of the bands are now booked and over 1000 tickets have already been sold.
