PARISH COUNCIL: The next meeting of Napton Parish Council will be held on Monday, September 3 at 7:30pm at the village hall.
The meeting will be held in open session and all villagers are welcome to attend.

VILLAGE HALL FETE AND FLOWER SHOW: Don't forget that the annual village hall fete and flower show will take place on Saturday, September 8, at the village hall. The various categories for which entries are invited for the show can be found in the Napton and Lower Shuckburgh Parish News, or in the foyer of the village hall, or at the post office.

Entries for the show are accepted between 10am and noon on the day. Judging takes place between noon and 2pm and the show opens to the public at 2pm. There will be an auction of produce at 4pm. Refreshments will be available.

Attractions include a plant sale, skittles, bowls, golf, a crockery smash, apple bobbing, welly wanging, bric-a-brac, and a card stall.
