Footballs signed by Manchester United and Chelsea went on sale at a Leamington charity today (Thursday).
About £400 will secure one of the balls, which were anonymously donated to the Oxfam bookshop in Regent Street.

They bear the signatures of last season's FA Cup final squads, many of whom will be in action in the Champions' League final in Moscow next week.

United fan and shop manager Tim Gallagher has also made up a sales stand of Red Devils memorabilia, which includes a book signed by George Best.

The last financial year was the first time the shop made more than £100,000 for Oxfam and it is now looking to open on Sundays from 10.30am to 3.30pm.

Mr Gallagher is looking for volunteers with an interest in books or music. Call 889215.
