The following have appeared before magistrates:
Simon Douglas O'Brien, 28, of Coppice Road, Whitnash, was fined £300 and ordered to pay £165 costs for driving without due care and attention and failing to produce insurance and MOT documentation and a driving licence.

Peter Henry, 20, of Hamilton Terrace, Leamington, was given a six-month conditional discharge for shoplifting.

Adrian James Dunsford, 20, of Kennedy Square, Leamington, was given an extra 21 hours of unpaid work for failing to comply with a community order.

Patrick Waters, 21, of Compton Close, Leamington, was given an extra 14 hours of unpaid work for failing to comply with a community order.

Jonathan Stephen Hood, 29, of Wathen Road, Warwick, was given 80 hours of unpaid work and ordered to pay £80 costs for affray.

Stacy Ann Smith, 22, of Cross Road, Leamington, was banned from driving for 16 months, fined £450 and ordered to pay £70 costs for failing to provide a specimen.

John Junior Collett, 19, of Newland Road, Leamington, was fined £50 and ordered to pay £15 costs for assault.

Michael Joseph Peter Betts, 23, of Fallow Hill, Leamington, was given 120 hours of unpaid work and ordered to pay £200 compensation and £100 costs for two counts of assault.

James Joseph Clowry, 51, of Mason Avenue, Leamington, was ordered to attend drug treatment for three counts of shoplifting.

James Lee Francis, 24, of Wellington Road, Leamington, was banned from driving for three years, ordered to pay £300 and ordered to attend an educational programme for joy-riding, criminal damage, driving without a licence or insurance, failing to stop following an accident and drink driving.

Gary James Rennie, 27, of Bridge Street, Warwick, was given a 14-week suspended sentence and ordered to pay £200 compensation for three counts of burglary and one of criminal damage.

Sukhdip Singh Bhogal, 24, of Acre Close, Whitnash, was fined £150 and ordered to pay £15 costs for harassment and failing to surrender to court.

Amy Louise Bartlett, 21, of Heritage Court, Kenilworth, was fined £200 and ordered to pay £50 costs for driving without due care and attention, failing to report an accident, failing to stop following an accident, driving without a licence and driving without insurance.

Paul Gareth Cockrell, 28, of Heritage Court, Kenilworth, was fined £325 and ordered to pay £50 costs for aiding and abetting the failure to report an accident, the failure to stop following an accident, aiding and abetting the driving of a vehicle without a licence and driving without insurance.

Wojciech Gawianowski, 23, of Lee Road, Leamington, was fined £250 and ordered to pay £85 costs for driving without insurance.

Richard Stephen Phillips, 44, of Southorn Court, Leamington, was ordered to pay £80 compensation for assault.

Trina Fulford, 26, of St Pauls Square, Leamington, was ordered to pay £50 compensation and £40 costs for assaulting a police officer and failing to surrender.

Thomas David Williams, 19, of Church Street, Barford, was fined £80 and ordered to pay £95 costs for harassment.

Karl John Baker, 41, of Essex Close, Kenilworth, was fined £260 and ordered to pay £60 costs for driving without a licence or insurance.

Surmeet Kumar, 20, of Albert Bean Close, Whitnash, was fined £420 and ordered to pay £60 costs for driving without a licence, insurance or MOT and failing to produce documentation.

Barbara Murphy, 50, of Swadling Street, Leamington, was fined £200 and ordered to pay £60 costs for driving without insurance and failing to produce a licence.

Christopher Taylor, 56, of St Marys Road, Leamington, was fined £60 and ordered to pay £60 costs for speeding.

Sabine Zamuele, 23, of Baron Crescent, Leamington, was fined £100 and ordered to pay £60 costs for driving without insurance.
