The following have appeared before magistrates:

Mark Carson, 35, of Baker Drive, Wellesbourne, was given an extra ten hours of unpaid work for failing to comply with a community order.

Andrew Peter Siddall, 37, of Fetherston Court, Leamington, was banned from driving for 28 months, given a community punishment and ordered to pay £80 costs for drink driving, joy-riding, driving without insurance or a licence and attempting to possess cannabis.

Marcus Wilshire, 34, of Brunswick Street, Leamington, was given an extra month of drug testing for failing to comply with a community order.

Sarah Jane Ballinger, 37, of Ettington Road, Wellesbourne, was fined £250 and ordered to pay £85 costs for driving without due care and attention and failing to stop following an accident.

Mark Ivor Taylor, 33, of Charnwood Way, Leamington, was fined £60 and ordered to pay £95 costs for using a mobile phone while driving.

Andrew John Wickham, 37, of Lillington Avenue, Leamington, was banned from driving for 42 days, fined £680 and ordered to pay £85 costs for speeding.

Karl John Baker, 41, of Essex Close, Kenilworth, was fined £250, banned from driving for two years, given 120 hours of unpaid work and ordered to pay £95 costs for drink driving, driving without a licence or insurance, possessing cocaine and failing to surrender.

Jonathan Marc Black, 20, of Lillington, was given 300 hours of unpaid work and ordered to pay £50 compensation and £90 costs for violent disorder and affray.

Daniel Philip Ruyssevelt, 19, of Old Budbrooke Road, Budbrooke was given 300 hours of unpaid work and ordered to pay £50 compensation and £90 costs for affray.

Thomas David Williams, 19, of Church Street, Barford, was given 300 hours of unpaid work and ordered to pay £50 compensation and £90 costs for affray.

Dean Garry Treadwell, 35, of Avon Road, Lighthorne, was fined £200 and ordered to pay £1,015 costs for using a goods vehicle with no operator's licence.

Melanie Jane Poole, 43, of Denby Close, Lillington, was fined £175 and ordered to pay £65 costs for failing to provide a driver's identity.

* Andrew Derek Bardwell, 36, will answer eight child pornography charges at Warwick Crown court on Friday (May 30).
Bardwell, of Fields Close, Warwick, was caught with more than 400 images, including one of the most serious category.
