The following haved appeared before magistrates in Stratford:

Katrina Jane Daly, 20, of Crown Way, Lillington, was given 12 months of supervision and ordered to pay £80 costs for assault.

Michael Melichar, 43, of Melton Road, Leamington, was fined £350 and ordered to pay £57.50 back duty and £60 costs for paying for tax with a dishonoured cheque.

Anthony Flowers, 18, of Burford Mews, Leamington, was given 12 months of supervision, ordered to attend anger management and ordered to pay £95 costs for making threats and possessing a weapon.

Darren Anthony Ionoff, 37, of Rowley Road, Baginton, was banned from driving for 56 days, fined £350 and ordered to pay £85 costs for speeding.

Gary John Stevens, 47, of Mill Crescent, Kineton, was given 240 hours of unpaid work and ordered to pay £70 costs for driving while disqualified and without insurance.

The following appeared charged with keeping a vehicle without tax:
Clive Avison, 65, of Leam Street, Leamington, was fined £60 and ordered to pay £45 back duty and £60 costs.

Jacqueline Ford, 47, of Newland Road, Leamington, was fined £60 and ordered to pay £28.75 back duty and £15 costs.

Hannah Mary Gash, of St Georges Road, Leamington, was fined £665 and ordered to pay £135 back duty and £60 costs.

Charles Gordon, of Waverley Road, Leamington, was fined £60 and ordered to pay £30 back duty and £60 costs.

Katie Louise Howe 29, of Prospect Road, Leamington, was fined £60 and ordered to pay £30 back duty and £60 costs.

Pavan Suraj Kanwar, 29, of Ascot Ride, Leamington, was fined £656 and ordered to pay £120 back duty and £60 costs.

James Maxwell, 31, of Broad Street, Warwick, was fined £60 and ordered to pay £60 costs.

Elena Wallsgrove, 25, of Windsor Place, Leamington, was fined £330 and ordered to pay £160.42 back duty and £60 costs.
