Three arrested after assault in Leamington

Three men have been arrested in connection with an assault in Leamington which left another man with eye injuries.
Police were called to Bedford Street at around 4am on Sunday morning following a disturbance in Dino Pizzas, which involved a group of men and women.

Officers arrested three men, aged 29, 28 and 25, on suspicion of assault and they were taken into custody for questioning.

All three were later released on bail pending further inquiries.

The injured man, who is in his 20s and from Leamington, was taken into Warwick Hospital and released after treatment.

Police would like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time and may have witnessed the incident or events leading up to the attack.
