Sarah's mission to use old nappies
Leamington mum Sarah Bennett, who has two real nappy-wearing toddlers, was angry when her used nappy listing was removed from eBay.
So she has now set up the Used Nappy Company, which offers an internet auction service specialising in the sale and purchase of used washable nappies.
Sarah said: "When eBay changed their policy and no longer permitted the sale of used cloth nappies, hundreds of parents were left frustrated with no easy way to sell their child's cloth nappies online.
"eBay now class used cloth nappies as 'adult material' and will no longer sell them. 5,000 angry parents have already signed an online petition complaining of the new policy. When my used nappy listing was removed from eBay, I spotted a gap in the market, and was inspired to set up the Used Nappy Company."

Sarah said: "eBay closed the door to parents like us wanting to buy and sell second-hand washable nappies; we have opened the door again, and made the process much easier.
"The online petition has shown demand is certainly out there for an easy to navigate, user-friendly auction site that listens to its customers - - we promise to be just that.
"Environmental issues are key at the moment. Real nappies can be used on subsequent children or can be resold; recycling and reselling real nappies is doubly eco-friendly.
"About eight million disposable nappies are thrown away every day in the UK, with the majority of these ending up in landfill. Washable cloth nappies offer parents an alternative to disposables, at the same time providing the opportunity to reduce waste and the impact on the environment."
