Leamington remembers Waterloo
Heritage Matters and the Leamington Spa Art Gallery & Museum organised a Leamington Looks Back at Waterloo mini-festival.
There was a range of activities including an opportunity to meet the Duke of Wellington and find out how he won the Battle of Waterloo; make swords and military hats; listen to Dodici Corde playing Regency music; make medals and Regency hats, and hear a talk on the life of soldiers during the Napoleonic Wars.
