Annabel is all prepped for the conservatoire

Warwick Prep School are celebrating their talented pupil Annabel Husband being offered a place to join the Birmingham Junior Conservatoire.

Annabel, who is in her last year at the Prep School, is set to have a very busy year ahead following her passion for music as she commits 30 Saturdays a year to the Junior Conservatoire as well as starting at King’s High School for Girls in September.

The-ten-year-old undertook a competitive audition for which she herself prepared three pieces for piano and flute with Junior Conservatoire headteacher Tim English sending out a congratulatory letter to offer her a place and congratulate her on her ‘very positive and musical’ performance.

Gary Lewis, Warwick Prep’s head of music, said: “Well done Annabel for giving such an excellent account of yourself in a national level audition process with such resounding success.”
