Thousands of pounds of damage have been caused by burglars to offices in Leamington.

The burglars broke into the construction business premises in St Mary’s Road overnight on Monday May 5 and destroyed documents, threw food into office equipment, overturned furniture, emptied storage units and damaged the walls with graffiti.

They then stole a laptop computer, printer and other office equipment. Specialist construction equipment - including sets of tools, a concrete breaker, Bosch saw and petrol cutter - which was stored in a locked unit outside was also taken.

Police would like to hear from anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in the area of St Mary’s Road between 9pm on Monday May 5 (bank holiday) and 8am on Tuesday May 6.
