Police are appealing for witnesses to the crash at Guy's Cliffe House in Warwick.

Thousands of pounds worth of damage has been caused to Guy’s Cliffe House in Warwick after a car is believed to have crashed into one of its walls.

Police believe a red 09 plate VW Polo may have collided with the wall on July 4, as parts were found at the scene.

The damage was caused between 11.30pm and 11.45pm.

Sergeant Colin Matthews said “We are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the collision or may have seen the damaged vehicle in the local area, to come forward.

“We are also appealing to local garages to contact us if they have repaired or replaced a light cluster or any other body parts on a car meeting this description.”

Anyone with information is urged to contact Warwickshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 178 of July 4.
