DJ, producer, cartoonist and tea drinker Mr Scruff will playing a set of varied genres of music at the Assembly in Leamington on Thursday.
He will be playing across tracks from across the board, including soul, funk, hip hop, jazz, reggae, dubstep, Latin, African, ska, disco, house, funk, breaks, soundtracks and more.
Mr Scruff, whose real name is Andy Carthy, made a name for himself under the shadow of Manchester’s mid-1990s club scene.
He has released three critically acclaimed albums, selling over half a million records worldwide, and played countless tours and club events.
When his range of speciality teas were launched they became the fifth best selling grocery product in the long and illustrious history of Selfridge’s Food Hall.
