Warwick-based Impetus Automotive has donated £500 towards an engineering project by North Leamington School pupils described as “absolutely breathtaking” by MP Chris White.

The money, presented last Friday by CEO Dave Gorvett at the company’s offices in Tournament Court, will go towards the school’s entry in the national Formula One competition for schools.

Mr White, a former engineer, said he was immensely proud to have seen the project.
