Fire in house near Leamington town centre
FIREFIGHTERS used breathing apparatus to tackle a house fire in Leamington today (Wednesday May 9).
Two crews from Leamington and Kenilworth were called to a three-storey semi-detached house in Beauchamp Avenue shortly after midday, to reports of a fire on the first floor.
Two firefighters wearing breathing equipment and others using a hosereel and covering jet put out the blaze, and were at the scene for 50 minutes.
