Free fitness event in Warwick

A FREE fitness event is taking place at St Nicholas park in Warwick tomorrow (Saturday).

British Military Fitness, whose instructors are serving or former-members of the armed forces, is inviting anyone over 18 of any fitness level to get fit during an hour-long exercise session from 11am.

The organisers are guaranteeing that all participants will work hard, have fun and finish their session with a sense of achievement.

Places are limited, but booking is required. This can be done online.
