Leamington Tweetup to launch in town

A FREE Twitter workshop will be held as part of the launch of the LeamingtonTweetup group next week.

The event, being held at the Episode Hotel in Upper Holly Walk on Thursday, aims to help people, businesses and organisations to improve their use of the massively popular social networking site.

WarwickTweetup, which is running the event, wants to open up Twitter to a whole new audience, dispel the myths of the site and encourage businesses to engage with it.

Graham Todd, of WarwickTweetup, said: “The workshop will address key issues with Twitter, break down the barriers, and hopefully encourage Leamington to embrace it as Warwick has.”

This event is likely to be fully booked but future workshops are planned.
