Motorcyclist dies on Warwickshire road
A MOTORCYCLIST has died after coming off his bike on a road in Baginton yesterday (Thursday).
Ambulance crews who were called to the scene near to the junction between Stoneleigh Road and Bubbenhall Road shortly after 7pm found the man lying on the road.
The man, thought to be in his 30s, had been riding a black Suzuki motorbike and travelling towards Baginton. No other vehicles are believed to have been involved in the incident.
Full resuscitation attempts were carried out at the scene, but an ambulance spokesman said: “Despite the best efforts of the crews, nothing could be done to save the man and he was confirmed deceased at the scene.”
Anyone who witnessed the incident or saw the motorbike before it occurred is asked to call Pc Wayne Knight on 415415.
