Police serve ‘Asbo’ on Lillington flat

Warwickshire Police have served a Notice of Closure Of Premises on a flat in Lillington.

The closure notice was served on the address in Eden Court under the Anti Social Behaviour Act 2003 after an alleged increase in anti social behaviour, noise disturbances, and disorder in the area that is believed to emanate from or be connected to the address.

The case is scheduled to be heard at Leamington Magistrates court this afternoon (Friday).
