Sax offender on the loose in Leamington
POLICE are hoping to trace a thief who stole a saxophone from a Leamington charity shop.
The light-fingered shoplifter made off with the instrument, which was valued at £300, from the Sue Ryder Shop in Regent Street on Saturday (September 22), shortly before 4pm.
Police would like to speak to anyone who saw the thief carrying the saxophone along Regent Street, and in particular to a member of the public who was in the shop at the time of the theft and who may be able to describe the man.
Anyone with information should contact Pc Emma Pritchard at Leamington local investigation team on 415000 or can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
