A NEW housing development on the former site of North Leamington School’s Park Hall is on schedule to be completed by January.

Gordon Nicholls, chairman of AC Lloyd developers, performed the topping out ceremony to celebrate the completion of the roof on the three-bedroom Comet house type in Sir Frank Whittle Gardens in Park Road on the day the announcement was made last week.

The estate will include 35 houses with prices starting at £199,950 and designs ranging from two-bedroom starter homes to four bedroom family houses.

The sales office is open from Thursday to Monday from 10.30am to 4.30pm. For more information call 458930.
