Suspected drink driver failed to stop

POLICE arrested a 33-year-old Kenilworth man on suspicion of drink driving after a black Audi failed to stop when it was flagged down late on Monday (October 16).

Officers had indicated for the driver to pull over in Kenilworth Road near the A46 shortly before midnight.

After searching the area, police located the car at Woodland Grange conference centre. Police arrested a man walking on the verge nearby on suspicion of driving while disqualified, failing to stop and drink driving. He was held in police custody and later questioned.
