Slideshow: Live music and street art make for ‘best ever’ Dell party in Leamington

Organisers of this year’s Doin It In The Dell party at the Dell park in north Leamington on Sunday have hailed it the “best yet” after almost 1,000 people enjoyed entertainment by both established and up-and-coming local musicians and had a go at creating their own graffiti art.

Barbecue food was provided by nearby pubs the Star and Garter and Fat Pug. James Knight of the organising committee said: “It was definitely the best event yet. The weather certainly helped, but also the atmosphere was extremely friendly and relaxed. The graffiti worked well again – watching the art being created over the course of a day gives real interest when people have had enough of listening to music.”
