Mum-of-two Diane Clark switched careers six years ago and last year made it to the final of Networking Mummies Recognition Business Awards 2015.

As well as her beginner to intermediate level day-time and evening classes in Southam, Leamington, Harbury and Ufton, Diane now takes one-to-one and one-to-two sessions at her recently-fitted home studio. She is keen to further expand her business and makes time to regularly attend networking groups.

Her classes involve adaptations of original Pilates exercises with resistance bands to increase strength, Pilates balls for balance exercises and foam rollers for core and pelvic stability work.

Diane said: “I am so chuffed to see how much the business has grown locally in the past year and I am excited to keep growing.”
