Ten new jobs to be created in south Warwickshire by home care firm

A leading home care provider is recruiting for ten new jobs in south Warwickshire and holding an open day for potential employees this week.

Carewatch is looking to for compassionate and considerate people who will provide personal care and practical support to customers, such as helping people with bathing and dressing, shopping and accompanying them to clubs. Full training and support will be provided.

Stephen Cooper, director at Carewatch South Warwickshire, said: “Quality care and support workers are key to our organisation’s services, but we need to recruit more if we are to meet the challenges of the UK’s ageing population.

“We’re looking for compassionate people to join our team of professionals, enabling our customers to retain their independence, dignity and security, in their own home. This is a demanding but fulfilling career. If you believe you have the right qualities, we’d love to hear from you.”

Those who are interested in a career in care, have cared for somebody or have an interest in helping others but do not have qualifications in care, are encouraged to attend the open days.

They are taking place at 45 Russell Street, Leamington, on Wednesday September 30 and Wednesday October 14 from 10am to 5pm.
