Warwick scouts challenge white water
Two adventurous scouts have earned the top Chief Scout’s Gold Award. James Eslick and Timothy Dowden, both aged 13, learned to kayak with 2nd Warwick Sea Scouts.
The pair excelled in not only the adventure section but also community, fitness and expedition.
James regularly paddles in whitewater rivers while Timothy specialises in flat water race kayaking, competing at national level.
