Whitnash Nursery headteacher Karen Howell retires after 28 years in the job

Karen has been the headteacher at the nursery in Nursery Lane for 28 years and is retiring at the end of her working day today (Friday).

At the party she gave a speech describing her time at the school and thanking all those who have given her help and support throughout her career.

The Courier were at the party and filmed the speech in full.
