Leamington Football Club is in good and safe hands. Mr Hucker should refrain from going to the press to air his views when boardroom decisions do not go his way.
During Mick Brady's chairmanship LFC was always run on the basis of honest debate and discussion, frank exchanges of view and majority votes.

Everything was done as a collective unit - egos and personalities had no part to play in the planning, d
evelopment and progress of the club.

Any disagreements or disputes, of which there were few - including financial details - were kept strictly in the boardroom where they should be. It was always the intention of the board to present a united front, keep the very important fan base up-to-date with player news, progress on ground developments and our ambitions.

This is why we are so attractive to our main sponsor John Dibble of BPS and our other sponsors, investors and advertisers.

The 2003-2008 five-year-plan that was created and presented to the board for the club has now been achieved. If Mr Hucker has done so much for the club where is the follow-up plan to take us through the nest five years?

This is not just a one-man club. Take a good look at the development of the ground, the upkeep of the pitch and playing facilities, the floodlights, the work-in-progress of the buildings, the advertising hoardings and the number of people working at the ground during the week.

Consider also the number of stewards who are co-ordinated on any given Saturday, the sports shop, tea bar, burger bar, catering and bar staff who give of their time.

No, this is not just a one-man club - it is a combination of many people and many things.

It is also worth pointing out that there are still many people on the periphery of the club who are still willing to help out given the call.

Am I worried about the level of judgment at the top of the club? No. It is in safe hands.
