Leamington face Stourbridge in the Southern League play-off final at the New Windmill on Saturday.
At stake is the club's biggest prize for 25 years.
The Glassboys finished third in the table, 11 points behind Brakes. They did the double over Cadden's side and knocked them out of the FA Cup too, but the Brakes boss believes that will count for nothing in a winner-takes-all clash at at packed New Windmill.
"This is massive - absolutely huge. It's got to be the biggest game we've played. If we can get through it will cap a brilliant eight years," he said.
"We started off again in Midland Combination Division Two and now we're one game away from being back in the Southern Premier Division. That would be a massive achievement."
Almost 800 turned out in the pouring rain on Tuesday to see Leamington beat Rushall Olympic 1-0 to reach the final in their first season back in the Southern League. Cadden is hoping for an even bigger turnout tomorrow.
"All the fans have been great this season and they've played a part in our success. We can be proud of what we've all done this year as a unit."
The match kicks off at 3pm. Extra time and penalties will be used to separate the sides if necessary.
With a big crowd expected, spectators are being urged to arrive early, car sharing or using buses. A park-and-ride service will run from the car park of Plastic Engineering in Juno Drive, off Tachbrook Road, at 2pm, 2.30pm and 3pm for latecomers.
The minibus service will run as usual from the railway station, picking up at the Windmill and Heathcote pubs.
Parking will be available at the ground as usual, but the gates will be shut to cars 15 minutes before kick-off.
Mr Hucker said: "Please help us by coming early and car sharing wherever possible."
