Former USA under-20s captain Jay Denny has become Leamington manager Jason Cadden's fifth new signing of the summer.
The 22-year-old midfielder was captured from Southern Premier rivals Halesowen Town last week.

Denny started his career with Stoke City but he did not make his league debut until he joined Shrewsbury Town in 2005 - scoring twice in 17 appearances.

He then moved to Conference North side Nuneaton Borough where he made 27 appearances and scored three goals.

In 2007 Denny signed for Halesowen town and made nearly 100 appearances before being snapped up by Cadden.

Internationally Denny made several appearances for the United States under-17s and under-20s squads, the later for whom he was captain twice during a tournament in Ireland.

Professional commitments meant he missed the Under-20s World Cup after he was unable to attend the squad's training camp in Los Angeles.

Denny joins attacking midfielder Leon Broadhurst, promising defender Michael Tuohy, striker Nicky Gordon and experienced fullback Simon Travis on the list of new recruits for Brakes.
