Cherry picked off by in-form Lovett for familiar finish
The final race of the series took in two laps of a muddy Priory Park in Warwick, with the Long Itchington pupil overhauling Rosie Cherry (Telford) on the second circuit to complete a full house and leave Cherry with a third runners-up spot.
There was disappointment for Harbury’s girls’ team, who had won the previous three races but were unable to field a complete four at Priory Park due to illness, falling to sixth in the standings as a consequence.
