NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH
Please be aware of the spate of thefts of catalytic converters which are being stolen for their scrap value, 4x4s are particularly at risk.
WOMEN'S INSTITUTE
WI members have recently enjoyed an evening of line dancing and their annual mystery trip which this year took them to the Bell Foundry at Loughborough. There they had a tour of the works and the museum, where they learned how church bells are cast, stopping for a buffet supper at Lutterworth on the way home.
At the meeting in the village hall on September 10 there will be a debate. Visitors are always welcome.
GARDEN AND PRODUCE ASSOCIATION
The annual garden and produce show will be held in the village hall on Sunday, September 14, at 2.45pm. Further details are available from C Clay on 01788 822373.
ST FAITH'S CHURCH
A splendid cream tea produced by the church social committee was enjoyed in the lovely surroundings of Hunt House and raised £128 for church funds.
