Village news for Kilsby (December 11)
FUNDRAISERS
The Christmas fair raised £540 for to provide equipment at the school.
A recent coffee morning at the home of Sheila Hartwell raised £80 for St Faith's Church.

CHRISTMAS TREE EVENT
A large crowd enjoyed the William Parker School jazz band, hot food, mulled wine and mince pies on the village green last Saturday when Tom Land helped Father Christmas to switch on the lights on the village Christmas tree.
Tom won the competition to create a Christmas tree picture, which was used to illustrate posters about the event. Barby Sporting Restaurant provided the tree.

CHURCH SERVICES
Sunday, 10.30am, carol service at the URC. Wednesday, 10am, Christingle service at St Faith's Church.
